
This renovation project reimagines the entrance of a 1960s single-family residence in Laval. The outdated porch, originally enclosed by heavy masonry and a striped awning, was transformed into a light, contemporary entryway that enhances both functionality and curb appeal.

The new design introduces a minimalist canopy in black steel with clean lines, paired with wide concrete steps and a redefined pathway that creates a welcoming transition from street to home.

The composition balances the existing brick façade with new vertical accents and a sleek metal roof, giving the house a refreshed architectural character while maintaining its suburban charm.
