The project concerns a residence located in Laval, Québec, originally composed of a basement and two stories. The client wished to add an additional floor as well as a front extension, thereby transforming the building into a three-story house with a basement.

Utilizing an efficient "L-shaped" footprint, the project maximizes solar exposure and provides residents with a seamless transition between private luxury and shared outdoor living.
Reconfiguration of an existing industrial warehouse to accommodate a logistics tenant, including new office spaces, a drive-in loading dock, exterior access ramp, and enclosed vestibule.
