The project concerns a residence located in Laval, Québec, originally composed of a basement and two stories. The client wished to add an additional floor as well as a front extension, thereby transforming the building into a three-story house with a basement.
Reconfiguration of an existing industrial warehouse to accommodate a logistics tenant, including new office spaces, a drive-in loading dock, exterior access ramp, and enclosed vestibule. The project focuses on operational efficiency, code compliance, and seamless integration within the existing building.

MÉTABLOC was mandated to study the transformation of an existing heritage-character building on Saint-Laurent Boulevard into a versatile performance venue with an integrated bar. The project explores the spatial and technical feasibility of accommodating a full program including a main stage, backstage and green room areas, a central bar, artist facilities, and a mezzanine/VIP platform overlooking the performance hall.

A garage transformed into a cozy, semi-independent living space, complete with a new elevated entrance and roof extension for comfort and privacy.
